Sustainability Committee

The Committee evaluates the correct positioning of the Group in the strategy of sustainable growth over time, the development of people, sensitivity to the social context and the reduction of direct and indirect environmental impacts.

It is comprised of six Directors, five of whom are independent and non-executive, and is chaired by the CEO, who is directly responsible for the group’s sustainability.

Main duties

Committee with consultative, instructive duties on sustainability matters to be submitted to the Board of Directors, including, in particular:

  • the Group Policies on sustainability;
  • the Consolidated Non-Financial Statement;
  • the ESG strategy on the proposal of the CEO.
