Giovanna Giusti del Giardino began her career in marketing, working for Class Editori, before moving to Public Relations with Pirelli, and then Corporate Communications with Telecom Italia where she focused on projects with social and environmental impact. In 2014 she began working in the sustainability area for TIM, focusing primarily on non-financial reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Giovanna Giusti del Giardino joined Mediobanca in 2016 as Head of Group Sustainability, contributing to the progressive reinforcement of the Group's ESG measures.
