Stefano Vincenzi began working for Mediobanca in 1983, where he assumed roles of increasing responsibility in the legal area, taking part in the leading privatizations and capital market deals covered by Mediobanca from the early 1990s.

Over the years Stefano Vincenzi has also sat on committees instituted by various sector associations, including ABI, Assosim, and the Italian banking ombudsman, and on several occasions has been appointed as expert by Consob as part of European working groups on banking and markets regulation.

Stefano Vincenzi also teaches Financial Markets Law degree courses at a series of Italian universities.
