BREXIT
We have considered alternative arrangements and approaches for customers and our business to deal with the regulatory challenges posed by the United Kingdom (UK) withdrawal from the European Union (EU). Following the UK’s departure from the EU on 31st January 2020, we are entering the next phase of implementation of our Brexit Planning, using the current transition period in order to achieve our Target Operating Model.
Our priority is to ensure that we can keep servicing our customers by our offices within the European Union and our London Branch with minimal or no changes to the existing business relationships, to the extent possible taking into consideration our Regulators’ supervisory expectations.
Our customers affected by any change have been or will be contacted individually for additional details in relation to the way services will be provided to them.
